Rooms around you are filled with answers
I have heard things this week that have reshaped my point of view on AI, Career, and life in general.
Hey.
The point I’m passing across today is that Limited context produces fragile perspectives and I am going to keep the point brief.
In today’s world where AI, Politics, Career, Relationship conversations are flying around it is important to be in the right rooms, with the right people, having the right conversations.
If you think AI is going to take your job but you have no real context about how AI is evolving, your fear will distort your perspective. And a distorted perspective leads to wrong decisions. You won’t know how to position yourself. You won’t know whether to adapt, specialize, pivot, or double down.
If you’ve never worked a nine-to-five but have strong opinions about it, your perspective is incomplete. If you form beliefs about marriage, business, or success purely from social media, you’re building convictions on limited data.
I have made it a point to get into rooms for conversations outside my head and it has been an interesting ride so far.
X Spaces on AI & Design
Rooms with 9-5ers having career conversations
Tech bros and tech sis talking about their professional context.
Even my X space on Saturday
… and so on.

This year, I’ve made it a personal responsibility to deliberately expand my context. To enter rooms. To ask better questions. To re-evaluate how I approach AI adoption, job applications, and building my agency.
Because context changes execution.
And I want to challenge you with this:
Whatever perspective you currently hold on any major subject in your life, pause and ask yourself, “What context am I missing?”
Don’t let social media be your primary source of worldview formation. Go wider. Talk to people who are actually doing the thing. Listen to people you disagree with. Step into environments that stretch you.
If you don’t expand your context, you limit your future.
There are shifts coming in my life this year. Strategic ones. And I’m excited about them.
This is a short one, but I hope it nudges you.
Accept that you don’t know much. Don’t say I haven’t help you in life.
Cheers.

In summary
Life is long and a lot changes over time you need to understand that where you are standing and seeing life from is limited.
Get out of your head and get into room that matter, AI or not, you need those conversations.
